Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that for the foreseeable future we are only able to service orders to the United Kingdom.

We may encounter delays due to high volume of orders or courier service problems that are outside of our control. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders but are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order may arrive outside of our estimated timeframe. Orders are normally delivered between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery may be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect. Please note that once you have received a confirmation email for your order, we are unable to change the shipping address. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO box.

Orders under 1kg carry a shipping charge of £7.50 and above 1kg the charge is £10.00. Orders to Northern Ireland carry a shipping charge of £20.00 irrespective of weight.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number that you can use to check your shipping status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email please contact us at info@easyswitch.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
